2 oz Dark Rum
1/4 oz Pernod
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Grenadine
1/4 oz Sugar
1 oz Lime
Club Soda

Add the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Cut limes in half and squeeze into shaker, dropping in the shells and add sugar. Shake and pour the whole mess into a pint glass. Fill the rest of the glass with the Club Soda and decorate with fruit or freshly picked mint leaf.

½ oz. Dark Crème de Coco
½ oz. Crème de Banana
1 oz. Vanilla Rum
Cream or Milk

Combine all alcohol in an old-fashion glass with ice. Top off with milk or cream.

2 oz. Cruzan Single Barrel Rum
Splash of Simple Syrup
Dash of Bitters
Orange Slice
1 oz. Club Soda

Muddle the orange slice, sugar & bitters in a rocks glass. Pour in the rum, add ice & stir. Add the club soda and garnish with a cherry.
